Bashir Ghazialam – Attorney

Mr. Ghazialam’s career is the stuff of legends. Born in Afghanistan, his family made a perilous escape during the Soviet occupation. Bashir has been involved with his homeland and his countrymen ever since. He established a law practice in 2002 dedicated to helping immigrants navigate the bureacracy of America’s immigration establishment. In 2005, Bashir returned to Afghanistan under the auspices of the State Department where he took on the bulk of responsibilities in the Afghan Ministry of Justice. He returned to the United States the following year armed with an unmatched combination of experience and expertise.

Bashir is an affiliate of the Marcus Family Law Center, PLC, part of a reciprocal arrangement which brings a wide variety of representation to MFLC clients.

Alex Asil Mashiri – Attorney

Mr. Mashiri has been affiliated with the Law Offices of Bashir Ghazialam for over a decade, beginning as a paralegal and now a licensed attorney since 2012.

Mr. Mashiri assists with law firm’s civil litigation caseload. Mr. Mashiri received his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Public Law from the University of California San Diego and his Juris Doctor degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. During law school, he received several awards including the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence, Jefferson Medal, and Cali Excellence for the Future Award in Appellate Advocacy, Business Associations, Wills and Trusts, and Legal Synthesis.Attorney Mashiri developed strong legal research and writing skills by externing with Associate Justice Judith L. Haller at the California Court of Appeal, Fourth District, Division One, and with Judges Robert J. Kearney and Runston Maino at the San Diego Superior Court.

While at the San Diego Superior Court, Attorney Mashiri had the privilege of researching, drafting and updating the Duty Judge Manual, which is currently being used by every trial judge in San Diego County.Before becoming an Attorney, he worked both as a Paralegal and office manager at a prestigious Civil Litigation Firm for several years. With his combined knowledge and experience, Attorney Mashiri works with his clients to achieve the best possible result in each case.

Jon Alan Enochs – Civil Litigation Attorney

Jon primarily practice law in the area of civil litigation. He represents clients with: Collection problems; business disputes; real estate disputes; and financial institutions in the defense of consumer protection lawsuits.

Jon has been practicing law since 1999. Prior to practicing law he had a career in banking. Jon worked for such companies as General Electric Capital Corporation, National Enterprises, Inc., Bank of America, and West Capital Financial Corporation.

Jon attended San Diego State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Finance) in 1990. Thereafter, Jon entered the finance and banking industry. While working in the banking industry he attended law school at night. In 1999 he earned my law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. he passed the California State Bar exam that same year.

Jon is involved in his community. He has been involved in such civic organizations as the Rotary and Kiwanis clubs. Presently, he is actively involved with Little League where he manages a Little League team.

Quinton Swanson – Estate Planning & Probate Attorney – All Counties

For nearly two decades, attorney Quinton R. Swanson has represented clients in the areas of family law and estate planning.

Attorney Swanson has the in-depth experience in representing area clients in divorce trials, child custody actions, support negotiations and in many other areas of family law. He is also a skilled estate planner, who assists his clients in crafting legally sound estate plans, including plans that account for taxes.

As a lifelong resident of Hemet, attorney Swanson is deeply involved in his local community, representing local clients as a trial lawyer and serving them as a member of the local chamber of commerce. He is a member of the California Bar Association, American Bar Association, Riverside County Bar Association and the Christian Legal Society. Attorney Swanson has served as a minor’s counsel, and he also serves as a temporary judge.
