Ms. Tomlinson joined the firm as an associate in 2007 after graduating from McGeorge School of Law in 2006 and being admitted to the bar the same year. During law school, Erin worked at the school's free legal clinic, which gave her substantial exposure to Family Law cases. After graduating, Ms. Tomlinson volunteered with the Center for Community Solutions, working with victims of domestic violence.

Erin approaches each case with tenacity and creativity, working with clients to find unique solutions that meet their unique needs. Her focus since joining the firm has been on the most difficult and challenging cases, including those involving interstate jurisdiction, child support, and Appellate work.
